You can download the BloxOne Endpoint logs to assist the Infoblox support team with troubleshooting BloxOne Endpoint issues.
To download the logs, complete the following:
- Locate the BloxOne Endpoint status icon on your device. For Mac users, the status icon is displayed on the menu bar at the top of your desktop (Mac OS X). On the Windows platform, the icon is displayed in the taskbar.
- Click the BloxOne Endpoint status icon and select Troubleshoot.
- In the Troubleshoot dialog, click Download Logs. It could take a few minutes to download the zip file, depending on the size of your logs. When prompted, save the zip file on your system.
